Chronic fatigue, tiredness, general "out of it" feeling, back/flank pain, GERD, IBS, migraine headaches, palpitations, waking from sleep with racing heart, low vitamin d levels, ferritin level of 14, TSH fluctuations; what could this be?

Association: Admittedly, i'm not an expert in chronic fatigue syndrome. I think chronic fatigue is a common comorbidity or associated syndrome of complex regional pain syndrome (reflex sympathetic dystrophy, causalgia), rather than a cause. Similar symptoms: Lyme disease and chronic fatigue syndrome can have very similar symptoms. By definition, if one has chronic fatigue syndrome other causes of fatigue like lyme disease have been ruled out, so if one has lyme disease, by definition they do no have cfs.
