Regarding bad breath: There are many causes of bad breath, both medical and dental in origin. See the following website for some more information. However, you will have to see a dentist who can evaluate you for dental causes. In addition, you should see a physician to rule out medical causes and discuss your issues with him\her as appropriate. Cant drink milk, but can eat milk chocolate. Do I have.Lactose intolerance?

Cant drink milk, but can eat milk chocolate. Do I have.Lactose intolerance?

Maybe: Lact intol is digestive issue, not allergy. Less milk sugar in milk chocolate. High sugar and fat content slows down stomach emptying, slows down load of milk sugar (lactose) to small intestine, less likely to overload it. Whole milk better tolerated than skim; mixed meal better than milk alone; yogurt/kefir better than reg milk (bacteria digest some lactose); hard cheese better than e.g. Cott. ...Read more

I bloat everytime I eat anything, I bloat more when I drink milk or eat complex carbs. I'm also constipated.

I bloat everytime I eat anything, I bloat more when I drink milk or eat complex carbs. I'm also constipated.

ConstipationPrimary?: If intestinal emptying is inhibited, then swallowed air, liquids & solids have no place to go; consistent with reported bloating. Thus stay hydrated, stop intake of solids, resolve constipation, e.g. multiple dried prunes/day (mild) to full bottle citrate of magnesia over crushed ice, sipped intake over ~30 min. (usually effective within ~6 hrs). Prunes safe; best avoid CoM more than ~every 6 mos. ...Read more

An integrative or functional medicine doctor can work with you to decide on testing. Once you get more information regarding how your gut is working and determine if you have a "leaky gut" then there are specific treatment options that can help. ...Read more

I get heartburn every time I eat carb foods (pasta, breads, oatmeal etc). Is this gluten related? I don't experience other gluten allergy symptoms.

Possible: Try gluten-free oat to see if causes the same symptoms. Even though you may not have the full-blown symptoms, and heart burn is not the usual symptoms in gluten intolerance, it cannot be totally ruled out. Nonetheless it would be a good idea for you to consult a doctor regarding these symptoms. ...Read more

Is wheat gluten and fiber safe to eat if you suffer from irritable bowel syndrome?

Is wheat gluten and fiber safe to eat if you suffer from irritable bowel syndrome?

It depends.: It depends on whether or not you can eat gluten containing foods. If you can, it is likely ok. But if you have a problem, then avoid those foods. You might need to avoid lactose foods, like milk. Avoiding stress and an overall high fiber, bland diet would help a great deal if not already done. A visit to your doctor to get tested, and work out therapy can help. ...Read more

I have Pco's. I eat healthy diet and don't eat junk food. But its hard for mto loose weight. How can i loose weight? atleast 3kgs per month?

Glucagon!: Its hard for women with PCOS to lose weight. Metformin can help you lose weight. Also, if you fast (No food or sugar passes your lips) between about 4 in the afternoon and about 8 in the morning, it will help you lose weight because your body will produce Glucagon (fat burning). Do this, and exercise in the morning before you eat, you will lose even more weight. Best wishes! ...Read more
