Always have bloating on lower abdomen i don't eat any gluten wheat dairy or flour i'm a pesco veggie too . I also eat organic and nothin processed?
Maybe: Lact intol is digestive issue, not allergy. Less milk sugar in milk chocolate. High sugar and fat content slows down stomach emptying, slows down load of milk sugar (lactose) to small intestine, less likely to overload it. Whole milk better tolerated than skim; mixed meal better than milk alone; yogurt/kefir better than reg milk (bacteria digest some lactose); hard cheese better than e.g. Cott. ...Read more
I eat a mostly clean diet, no gluten, sugar, dairy, or processed foods. I also make green juice daily. Is it normal to have 4-5 bowel movements a day?
I bloat everytime I eat anything, I bloat more when I drink milk or eat complex carbs. I'm also constipated.
ConstipationPrimary?: If intestinal emptying is inhibited, then swallowed air, liquids & solids have no place to go; consistent with reported bloating. Thus stay hydrated, stop intake of solids, resolve constipation, e.g. multiple dried prunes/day (mild) to full bottle citrate of magnesia over crushed ice, sipped intake over ~30 min. (usually effective within ~6 hrs). Prunes safe; best avoid CoM more than ~every 6 mos. ...Read more

It depends.: It depends on whether or not you can eat gluten containing foods. If you can, it is likely ok. But if you have a problem, then avoid those foods.
