I have Crohn's and have been on pentasa, (mesalamine) humira and imuran which severely increase my liver enzymes. Would remicade be less liver toxic then imuran?
Is it safe for me to have botox facial injections whilst on infliximab, methotrexate and asacol (mesalamine) treatment for ulcerative colitis?
Is the treatment different for Crohn's compared to uc? Initially diagnosed as uc, but may be crohn's. On remicade (infliximab) and sulfasalizine (3 mg /day).

Monocycline and doxycycline have caused depression. Should i risk Accutane (isotretinoin)? What are my other options?
Would Yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) or Accutane be better to treat hormone related morderate-severe acne? Its mainly all pimples and black marks.

They are all related: Your Crohn's, psoriasis, and Hashimoto's are extremely related issues. I am certainly against long term steroid use, since many other agents exist without the long term side-effects of steroids, AVN being one. Well my sister was diagnosed for ulcerative colitis and she is taking Asacol (mesalamine). can asacol (mesalamine) return the membrane to its normal condition?

Diagnosed with uc. Had 3 remicade (infliximab) infusions so far. Developed peri-rectal abscess.Is this because I had chron's all along or side effect of remicade (infliximab)?
Had 6th remicade (infliximab) infusion for crohn's/colitis. Recently ibd flared up with bloody diarrhea. Is remicade (infliximab) losing effectiveness or wearing off quickly?
