According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, only 5% of babies arrive on the exact due date. Approximately 7% of babies are not delivered by 42 weeks, and when that happens, it is referred to ...Read more

What percent off chances to get pregnant after 40.and waht can i di for it?

Good chance: If you are having regular cycles and you are sexually active and you are not using any type of contraception you can still get pregnant. It is less likely than in your twenties but still a possibility. Do not presume you can no longer get pregnant until you are menopausal. Up to that point use some type of contraception if you do not want to conceive. ...Read more

Trying to get pregnant, but nothing's happen. What can I do to increase my chances?

Watch cycles: If you have normal 28 day cycles, then you should ovulate on cycle day 14, when cycle day 1 is the first day of your period. Your most fertile time is a day or two before ovulation (cycle day 12 or 13). Your estrogen level is very high, and it makes your cervical mucus thin, allowing sperm to get though to fertilize the egg. You may notice an egg-white discharge, which is a good sign. ...Read more

Ovulation prediction: You can improve your chances of getting pregnant by having intercourse around the time of ovulation. You can test for ovulation at home with an ovulation prediction kit available from a good pharmacy without a prescription. If you have been trying for a year without success, you may also want to make an appointment to see an Ob/Gyn to find out why you are having difficulty. Best wishes! ...Read more

Im 45 what are the chances of getting my wife pregnant who is 25? We have been trying for eight months

?: I am not an OB specialist but your question is not answerable. If you have tried hard and nothing happens, you need to consult your doctors to find out what the problem may be. Your wife is certainly at an optimal age to get pregnant and male fertility stays way past your age (however there may be a higher risk of having an autistic child as one gets much older). ...Read more

Me and my boyfriend have been trying to get pregnant for 8 months what can I do to increase my chances?

Many things: 1. Don't stress out. 2. Stay in shape (weight loss, if relevant). 3. Smart sex: time vaginal, unprotected intercourse around ovulation (usually mid-cycle, but if not sure, use otc ovulation kit). 4. If you're doing 1-3 consistently for a year and still not getting anywhere, see an ob/gyn. 5. Have faith. It will happen; probably when you least expect it. ...Read more

Check ovulation: One thing you can do is to buy an ovulation prediction test at the pharmacy each month. You can get them over the counter without a prescription. You start testing on day 12 and keep testing until it turns positive. When it is positive, you will ovulate in 12 - 48 hours. The best time to have intercourse is the night the test is positive and the next night. Best wishes! ...Read more

Ovulating?: Figure out if you are ovulating each month, either by checking your basal body temp each am or using an ovulation prediction kit. Once you confirm that, try having sex every other day starting a couple days before you are supposed to ovulate and continuing for a couple days after. Good luck! ...Read more
