Healthy fats/protein: If you start your day with the food that your body needs you are less likely to have cravings. The worst thing to do is to start with sugar and caffeine. Those send your body on a roller coaster - you feel energetic right afterwards but then your energy drops and you start looking for more sugar to boost your energy.
