Chubby cheeks: may be a part of your facial structure. You did not state whether you are slim or chubby. Bumps on Head: This could be a localized eczema or a contact dermatitis. Do you have long, oily hair? Where exactly are the bumps? Scalp? Neck? Sometimes a new shampoo isn't tolerated well. Unlikely: Are you having weakness on one side of your body or seizures? If you are not, I wouldn't worry about a subdural hematoma. You're a 27-year-old, which isn't the typical type of person we see with chronic subdural hematomas. They're more often seen in babies, the elderly, and alcoholics. Hope that helps! ...Read more

Maybe chilblains?: Hard to know without examining the spots and getting more information. A thought that comes to mind is chilblains. Small red bumps that can initially be itchy or slightly painful. Usually resolve in 7-10days. Caused by abnormal reaction to cold (small blood vessels over-constrict and the edema/injury upon rewarming).
