I woke up yesterday with tiny red itchy dots on my arms and legs. I woke up today and found even more on my legs. Should I be scared?

Bedding?: I would suggest that you examine the mattress for any bed bugs . Not being insulting, we shed skin all the time and spend 8 hours a day in bed this shed skin is a cause for bed mites etc. You can wrap the mattress in a bag that prevents this, pillows as well I think the bed is the culprit because you don't complain of this during the day ...Read more
