If you got the shot 2 times (at the beginning and 3 months later) you were covered for 6months.Then most women will ovulate and have a period in the 90 days after the last shot's therapeutic range. Not sure : If you recently stopped Depo Provera then it is common to have irregular periods for several months. It takes 3-6 months for the cycles to get back to normal. If your periods get long or heavy see your doctor. ...Read more

Anytime you like: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. Erradic: The depo shot may not stop your periods all together, but can certainly cause them to be irregular. Best wishes. ...Read more

Depo amenorrea: KByrne, unfortunately the amenorrea (no period) after depo can be very protracted ( a year or more) but occasionally you can return to normal in 2 - 3 months, but usually LONGER. Skyla may give you a period earlier but its a low dose Levonorgestrel system so I would not expect it to have that much effect but you can expect a few months at least thx ...Read more
