Are monster energy drinks bad for you? It has vitamins c, b3, b5, b6, B12 and calcium. Is this drink really that bad for you?
2 elevated B12 readings. Second higher at 1100. Stopped taking vitamins per doctor. No energy drinks. Should i be concerned that it didn't go down?
No need to worry: There is absolutely no need to be concerned about high B12 levels. This simply means you have more B12 in your blood than average but this is not a problem. There is no known toxicity from B12 ; no need or reason to stop taking vitamins. However, i'm not a big fan of "energy drinks" as they tend to be high in sugars or, even worse, artificial sweeteners.
