I Want A Tubal Ligation Or Anything To Stop My Period Permanently
A tubal won't do it.: Tubal ligation will not stop your period from occuring and may increase the interval frequency by interrupting the blood supply between the ovary and uterus. There are medications and surgeries that can completely arrrest your period. Ask your obgyn md for those alternatives. ...Read more
The menstrual cycle begins with the shedding of the uterine lining, resulting in bleeding from the vagina. A few weeks later, one ovary releases an egg and the uterine lining thickens in preparation for a potential pregnancy. Pregnancy can occur at this stage if sperm fertilizes the egg. If the egg is not fertilized, the egg will leave your body and ...Read more
I had my tubes tied 6 years ago, i want another child but can not afford the procedure to reverse it. Is there anything else I can do to get pregnant?
Yes...however $$$: If your desire is high enough to deal with the cost, a fertility center can stimulate & harvest your eggs, fertilize them with dads sperm and insert one or more in your womb. There are no guarantees it would produce a successful pregnancy but it is getting more successful over time. Some actually start there after a tubal since reversals don't always work either. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
I have done laproscopic tubal ligation is it possible for me to get pregnant naturally i want a baby i don't want to go under recanalization?
Fresh eggs: Years ago there were reports of tubes re-growing and natural pregnancy as a result. That is rare today with modern technique. A fertility dr could help you ovulate & harvest some eggs through a laparoscope. Your husbands sperm could be added to the eggs and the resulting embryos placed into your womb. Difficult & expensive but possible. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
I got a tubal ligation 3 years ago and I want to know is it possible for them to come untied on their own or can I still get pregnant?
Extremely rare: The tubes are usually cut and then cauterized to prevent you getting pregnant as well as leaving the possibility of ever re-attaching. The chances of both sides of the tube re-opening, then finding each other to fuse together and become patent would be EXTREMELY rare. ...Read moreSee 3 more doctor answers

I had a tubal ligation and want to have a baby is there anyway to conceive without surgery or ivf...Please please help i want another baby!?
Embryo adoption: The chance of pregnancy 'on your own' is low but not zero without in vitro fertilization (ivf) to bypass your tubes, or a surgical tubal ligation reversal. A third option is embryo adoption, where embryos donated by another couple are placed inside your uterus - obviously there is no genetic connection with you or your partner. See a reproductive endocrinology / infertility or rei specialist. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
I want to get pregnant again but my doctor cut my fallopian tubes I have three kids and i had all of them by C-section but i want to get pregnant again but my doctor cut my fallopian tubes and i want to know if their is a way or a procedure i can fallow t
You : You have 2 basic options for achieving another pregnancy: surgical sterilization reversal and in vitro fertilization (ivf). You need to seek care from a reproductive surgeon or reproductive endocrinologist to determine the best option for you. Your dr. Will need to know the specific technique used to cut your fallopian tubes (ideally they would like to review the operation report), your general health and some reproductive fertility assessment tests. Sterilization reversal is one of the few reproductive surgeries that offers a high success rate. The surgery requires an operative microscope in order to remove the scar tissue around the ends of the tube that was cut and to sew them together. Not every surgeon is trained to perform microsurgery therefore you should seek out a surgeon with experience. Ivf does not require that your fallopian tubes be open. Ivf is a good option for situations in which the sterilization surgery removed a large amount of fallopian tube, the woman's age is older than 35-38 years or or there is also a male factor involved such that the sperm has a low potential for fertilizing the egg. You did not state in your question whether this is the same partner that created the first 3 children or whether you may have a new partner and he may or may not be fertile. In order to choose between these 2 treatment options, we need to determine that there would be sufficient to that the end of the sterilization reversal to yield a high probability of success compared to ivf, that your fertility potential is not compromised suggesting a small window of opportunity to achieve pregnancy, that your husband has normally functioning sperm and it you are willing to investigate at least one year after surgery to achieve pregnancy. Additionally, if you're a good surgical candidate and you want to have multiple children then surgery may be a better option because we cannot always guarantee that you will have extra embryos frozen after ivf. We often cannot reliably determine whether surgery or ivf would be the best option. We also need to look at the costs of both surgery and ivf with respect to the absolute costs and what insurance will pay for. Sterilization reversal surgery can cost almost as much as in ivf cycle because the surgery requires anywhere from 2-4 hours to perform in the operating room is very expensive part of the hospital. In conclusion, you probably have 2 good options for achieving another child. I predict that when you meet with your physician, at the answer to some of these questions will become more obvious. Good luck. ...Read moreSee 5 more doctor answers

Do it cost to have a hysterosalpinggogram? I just wish my tubes wasn't tied because now I want a baby and I can't afford the operation. What can I do
Tubes tied: If you know your tubes are tied then there is probably not a good reason to do a hysterosalpingogram. It would just show you what you already know that your tubes are tied. In vitro fertilization, adoption and tubal reversal are the methods to have a baby after your tubes are tied. ...Read more

I had my tubes ligated a year ago and i want to have another baby, I am 30 years old and i want to know if reversal tubal ligation is an option?
Test tube pregnancy: You can have the tubal ligation surgically reversed. That involves a risk of around 50% for a tubal pregnancy. Or you can have your eggs fertilized with your husband's sperm in a test tube. The costs for that are in all likelihood lower than for the surgery and the risk for tubal pregnancy is extremely low. ...Read more

I want to get pregnant but I have filshie clips on my tubes what would be my options i don't want to adopt?
Decision Decided: It is nearly impossible to get your fertility back after having your tubes cut and clipped. This is why the surgeon makes you go through such a process of getting clear that this procedure is not reversible. You made this decision already. I do not know why you made such a decision at a young age, but the decision is done. ...Read more

Not usually: Once a fibroid grows it does not usually shrink until after menopause without treatment or surgery. I'm trying to have another baby after 13yrs but my problem is that i had a tubal an my uterus burned due to heavy periods but still get my menstral.
Time for consult: It is time for you to sit down with your OB or consult with a fertility center. The amount of endometrial material left in your uterus giving you menses may not be distributed well enough or capable of supporting a pregnancy, even if you had tubal reversal or an implanted embryo. They can assess your uterus & provide you with direction. ...Read more
