Not likely: Certainly, RUQ pain, even atypical, could be a sign of gallbladder disease, but this is so nonspecific I'm not overly concerned. Now, if you tell me fatty foods accentuate RUQ pain, with nausea and bloating, it would be worth investigating. Speak to your doctor. Good luck. ...Read more

Sore feet in AM: if its the sole of the foot - and its near the middle to back by the heel - sounds like plantar fasciaitis and NOT a spur. if its forefoot pain - could be metatarsalgia - Probably best to see your doctor or a podiatrist. You could try OTC shoe inserts but your best bet is with your doctor ...Read more

Possibly post nasal.: drip. You may suffer from mild congestion that leads to post nasal drip that doesn't drain while you sleep due to gravity and lying supine. As you get up and stand, the gravity helps with drainage. Try sleeping on an extra pillow at night and using saline nasal spray at night. If problem persists, see PCP. ...Read more
