Don't: Whatever situation got you heatstroke x 2, indicates that your body needs the "annoying" protective measures when in hot areas. 1st episode predisposes second, and you are now "heat-sensitive." can be years (or never) to revert back to "normal" heat responses. Plan your hi-temp time to include shade, plenty of fluids, rest breaks, try a cooling bandana, wear a hat. Deodorant ok, antiperspirant not. ...Read more

Hyperhidrosis: Granted no medical problems causing the excessive sweating, he might have idiopathic hyperhidrosis. Treatment options include: antiperspirant, anticholinergic meds, Botox injections (very effective) and surgery for the appropriate candidates. See doc to rule out secondary causes.
