I am drinking Berkley & Jensen sparkling water cranberry raspberry flavor. I read in the ingredient that it has Sucralose. Is this good for you?
Artificial Sweetner: Look up Sucralose, eg. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sucralose. Since sugars (carbohydrates) are the primary driver of obesity, Diabetes Mellitus, atherosclerosis & cancer, this is likely a better alternative to real sugars.
