Hour do I get rid of the redness around my pimple on my nose without using medications over night?
Cover up: Although some lasers such as ipl may work that is probably excessive. Your best way to get rid of the redness is to conceal it. Leave it alone: If you hadn't popped the pimple in the first place it would be gone by now. I know how hard it is to leave pimples alone, but you'll be surprised how much less "angry" your face looks when you use your prescribed treatment and keep your hands off. I tell all my patients, "your face is not on strike, you don't have to pick it.". ...Read more
Improve, not remove: Scars are permanent. Having said that, there are ways to make them less noticeable. The first is time: scars mature over 6-18 months and don't assume their final form till then. Other methods are pressure, silicone sheeting, mederma, steroid injections or surgery. Surgery is a last resort for most scars, but many can be improved in this way if all else fails. ...Read more

The good news: You are describing two different problems. Acne in the buttock area is not unusual. Tight, non breathable pant will make things worst. Hydroquinione will bleach the color back to normal. ...Read more

Tea tree oil may sting: If the area is already irritated, using tea tree oil may sting, burn, or irritate the skin. So it may make the area more red and inflamed. You're better off using something that's much more mild and less stinging. Pure lavender oil (lavandula agustafolia) is more soothing, because it has less camphor in it, but if it's made from (lavandula), it will be just as irritating as tea tree oil. So read your labels. ...Read more
