A full work up: Severe headaches should be evaluated with a full exam, + or - imaging like a ct or mri. Left arm and palp needs attention too. A holter or event recorder to assess the rythm and correlate it with symtoms. Full battery of labs.A review of the meds you take including any suplements and over the counter meds . Prob Not: First of all, unless you R a serious Diabetic, chest pain not chronic & mild from CorArtDis. I would think this is from cervicle nerves & arthritis. Have you had car accident? Do you smoke? Would consider Chest XRAY w additional overexposed image of LUQ of Chest to make sure nothing in that region. Arm pain many causes: Arm pain is not related only to heart ischemia. The good news is that all cardiac related tests were negative for heart problems. Please follow up with your doctor.
