Yes: Other than trying to keep the toes/fingers war there are medications that vasodilate your blood vessels. Oral medications like nifedipine or Diltiazem have been used. Topical cremes may help. You should get evaluated by a rheumatologist to make sure you have chillblains and not raynaud's DX as well as exclude an underlying cause. ...Read more

Try soaking the foot in warm water with Epsom salt to see if this helps. If it does not, your Podiatrist or Primary should treat you with a prescription of nifedipine (Procardia, Adalat) to open up the spasm of the blood vessels.
