Possibly: Flat feet can cause a lot of foot and ankle pains. However, if you have swelling along the top of your foot, you may have a stress fracture, especially if the pain is gets worse the longer you are on your foot. Think, Think!!!!!!!!: No doubt, your flat feet have been with you for some time now. I doubt the flatness is the immediate cause of your pain. Having said that, try to think of something that you did just before you began having the issue. Possibly shoes, activity, of increase in activity are examples. Find the cause and stop doing it.
