No: These are not hallucinations and you need to be seen by a doctor. Seeing lightning bolts can mean there is eye problem like a torn retina or neurologic problem like a migraine. More information: needed. What sort of hallucination? Is it shaking or jerking and is it one side or both? Do you have a fever? Any stiff neck? Neurological assessment is needed. If fever you need a urinalysis possibly an LP. You may need an EEG and a brain imaging study.
