Building muscle?: What are you eating? If you aren't taking in fewer calories than you are burning then you are not likely to lose weight. You may be building healthy muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. How about trying a different approach - body measurements? You may be losing inches but not weight. Discouragement: Losing weight is hard and very, very slow. 1 to 2 lbs a week is the best you can hope for after the first week or several weeks.
