I Keep Gaining Weight For No Reason
Lately I've been off my food, tired, gaining weight for no reason and sharp pains in the upper right adomen what could it be?

Carbs: Usually, carbohydrates are the culprit. See if you carbs are too high in your diet. Count calories and exercise more to burn off more calories than you take in. My normal bp is 100/60. Last yr, it dropped. Recently, at my annual dr visit, it was 82/49. They took it twice to be sure. I workout a lot. I am gaining weight-10 lbs in 6 mos. Reason for concern?
