Concussion: You are describing some concussion symptoms but it could be many other things. The mechanism you are describing does not sound that bad, was it? Take some simple analgesia and see if that helps. If not and symptoms persist or are severe you may need to see your doctor. ...Read more

If you didn't lose consciousness, are not having constant headaches, not having memory loss, blurred or double vision, difficulty waking up, you probably didn't do anything serious.
