Asymptomatic: 19 days after a head injury without symptoms is a fair time period to be comfortable that secondary problems should not occur. It is wise to be concerned after head injury even without loss of consciousness. I would feel comfortable feeling that a 19 day period without any sequelae is long enough observation to state that you are back at baseline ...Read more

I think your: Ok. There's probably no underlying damage. If we all went to the er for a head ct every time we bumped it, healthcare costs would be even greater. Professional boxers don't go in for a head ct after every fight; not yet at least. I can't say u don't have a skull fracture or that your not gonna have a concussion.
