Not sure that's true: Everything needs to be done in moderation. So drinking two or 3 cups of organic green tea a day is not a problem. Some brown teas may have more caffeine, as they are fermented tea leaves. However as a rule, the green teas post no health risks. So better to drink tea, then too much coffee! Organic is best, as non organic might have more toxic metals from the soil it's grown in. ...Read more

Sorta: That's sort of true. However, it's not of any consequence if you drink 1-2 cups of black or green tea. It matters more if you drink certain types of herbal tea, lots of tea, or don't have a balanced diet otherwise. If none of that is true in your case, don't worry about it. Standard iced tea (at usual quantities) will not affect your iron absorption to any significant degree. ...Read more
