Achilles rupture?: Sounds like you may have ruptured your Achilles' tendon . Get examined by an Orthopedist ASAP . At your age if it's ruptured it will need primary repair. Needs splinting, ice elevation immediately . If u can't get in to see anORS have the ER doc get an MRI. Most times a palpable gap can be palpated in the tendon.
