I have been experiencing a fizzle sound in my neck every now and then and i hear like a moraca noise in my neck everytime i take a step when walking.
Interesting: Interesting symptoms. First thought would be degenerative arthritis of the spine but at your age unlikely. When I walk I have been hearing a swishing sound coming from the back of my neck/head area. Only hear when walking.
