Lymphoid patches: Zsounds like you are looking at the back wall of your throat. The tissue of the throat has many white or reddish patches which are clumps of lymphoid tissue (same stuff that tonsils are made of. Stop smoking, man: Please do whatever you can to break your slavery to this terrible addiction. Ask your dentist whether the white lesions need to be biopsied. You also need to stop talking and fretting about thinking you have HIV. With your history and testing, you don't.
