I Have Warts On My Scrotum
I believe I have warts on my scrotum doctor. I also have phimosis. What are my chances of developing penile cancer? Can a glans swab test be helpful
No answer, but...: There would be no one who can answer your question for sure since many factors contribute to cancer change and circumcision at adult age fails to benefit cancer prevention. So, it would be most logical for you to see a urologist and follow her/his instruction to carry out daily care of life and manage whatever may emerge timely. There is no known swab test to help early diagnosis while being fine. ...Read more

I have 3 warts on my scrotum and after touching them I put my hand in my mouth. Will I get oral warts. Please help. Scared!
Maybe, but...: Theoretically, yes, it may transmit HPV from place to place if breeding bed is available & suitable for the virus to replicate in right cells under right environment - warm & moist provided the access to skin or mucosal cells is existed by micro-injury by accident or intercourse and personal humoral immunity is not good enough to "kill" & fend of the invading virus. This is life reality; live on. ...Read more
I have 3 warts on my scrotum. But have had sex twice. Used condoms both times. Could I be infected with hr-hpv. Nothing on penis. Will my body clear it?
Condoms"uncovered": Condoms only cover the penis and not the scrotum which gets exposed through contact to the female vulva during intercourse. Any vulvar STD will be conveyed under those circumstances. Please go see a MD for identification of the alleged "warts" so they can be treated if needed before you infect another partner, as your body will not "clear" the warts if they are indeed present. ...Read more

Different habitat: Warts actually come from more than 100 different virus types - so what this means, is it's very unlikely that warts that live in the genital tract will spread to 'non-genital' areas. If the genital warts bother you - you can easily see a doctor who can get rid of them for you. The old fashioned way is 'ablation' which means destruction. There is a cream available called imiquimod. See ID doc pls. ...Read more

Low risk: Anal warts are most common in people who have had receptive anal sex, but sometimes appear in men or women with no anal sexual exposure. It is not known how often this results from touching like you describe, or from migration of the virus along the skin to the anal area. Probably some of each.
