If you continue to have pain and swelling you may need another x-ray and possibly an mri. Unlikely based on: time already passed since diagnosis and you were wearing the walking boot. It justs sounds like you are appropriately sore due to the time on it. If it does not improve with some elevation and rest overnight see your physician is symptoms are bothersome but unlikely anything else needs to be done. ...Read more

Good shoes may help: Working in a factory suggests you are on your feet for many hours of the day. The feet take/joints/knees take quite a beating, especially if you are heavy. So, proper fitting/comfortable shoes may help quite abit, so don't skimp on this necessity. Take a short break here/there when u can. Lose wt if u r heavy.
