Leave them alone...: What you described should be left alone and deserves just a watch & wait to see how these lesions may change in size & shape and evolve since most likely they are benign or STD-related. Based on what you reported about glans penis, it would be most reasonable to just leave it alone as long as having no elevation or erosion (open wound) and being stable in size. Skin blotches: Diagnosing skin lesions over the computer is basically impossible. At 32 yo it is probably a benign rash or treatable topical dermatological condition, however, you can never be too safe, so see the Doctor for an evaluation and proper diagnosis so the best treatment can occur.
