Might be your drugs: I see you list Cymbalta (duloxetine) as one of your medications- this med is known to have constipation as one of its side effects. It is definitely possible to quickly gain that kind of weight when you are not having bowel movements- stool is heavy!The things I suggest trying are magnesium citrate, an enema, Miralax twice a day, and/or getting a prescription for Go-Lytely from your doctor to really get moving ...Read more

May be you have had hemorrhoid before but went unnoticed, this time it got worse due to this surgical procedure where you might have received pain medication. Pain medication cause constipation.
