Everyday I have trouble moving my bowels and severely bloat from gas and its painful. What can I do? Tried a lot already

Might be your drugs: I see you list Cymbalta (duloxetine) as one of your medications- this med is known to have constipation as one of its side effects. It is definitely possible to quickly gain that kind of weight when you are not having bowel movements- stool is heavy!The things I suggest trying are magnesium citrate, an enema, Miralax twice a day, and/or getting a prescription for Go-Lytely from your doctor to really get moving ...Read more
