No such miracle: You will need to reduce the carb intake (alcohol and sugar) and get on a high-protein or nearly vegan diet. But regular exercise is the key. You can start with walking more- just 10 mins here and there add up (get a pedometer? ). Weight training will also be needed- just enough for you to feel some resistance.
