Need more info: That is a huge weight loss in a short time. You would have to be restricting quite a bit which would lead to the vitamin deficiencies,you refer to. Without knowing how tall you are, it is hard to know whether your weight goals are healthy or realistic. I also wonder what makes you so,sure,that you need to lose more.
