May be lichens: planus or hairy leukoplakia associated with a viral infection. Or you may have recurrent aphthous ulcers that require some Nystatin since many ulcers are related to Candida (yeast) infection. Or herpes ulcers requiring some acyclovir. Was there anything that you eat, drank or had taken by mouth that seems to be related to the cause of these problems. Lump under tongue: You should see an oral surgeon... It may be related to vascular tissue... A hemangioma. If it was cause by trauma it would have subsided on its own. Good luck! ...Read more
