Need full info: Please give more detail to what YOU MEAN by stomach flu. If truly a VIRAL infection then, pretty much you don't decide when it resolves....IT DOES...but you may feel better by staying well hydrated, keep nutrition up, bland/soft diet if necessary, and avoid alcohol, smoking, spicy foods, fatty/greasy foods.
