I have sore gums behind the last lower tooth on left, very painful...Using ibuprofen... Can it be infection?

Hygiene...: Braces cause a lot of gum problems when there is no appropriate care. Your brushing and flossing must be perfect. Any food remain will cause acidity and bacterial activity that will damage your gums. Some mouth rinse will help, but is not the solution. If you have a sore throat and fever you have to take antibiotics prescribed. ...Read more
