Try to avoid your computer for an hour or two before bedtime, and limit any watching of the news to half an hour a day or less. Before i would assume it was all what used to be called psychosomatic, i would encourage you to be evaluated by a physician to rule out any physical illness. Tingling feet: If only your feet tingle, then not likely a problem with your spine. I would suspect tight shoes causing some compression of the nerves into the foot. Try less restrictive footwear.
