If you are really sick your eye muscles can ache causing achy pain with eye movement. Pain with eye movement along with decreased vision can be a sign of optic neuritis. Could be!: This could be migraines! but migraines are usually based on ruling out other causes. So do just assume as such. It is best to be examined and when other bad stuff have been ruled out, then it is assumed as a migraine. ...Read more

To Consider..: A couple things come to mind. It could be related to your frontal sinuses due to a possible chronic sinusitis.How long have you had this? How long does the pain last?Sharp, electric, shooting pain, or more aching, throbbing?Does it go away when you stop touching it?Could consider trigeminal neuralgia, malfunction of one of the nerves that innervates the face, including the brow.
