I have red and black veins in my eyes and black dots all over my body could it be parasites?

I have red and black veins in my eyes and black dots all over my body could it be parasites?

The "black" veins may be just pigmentation around the vessels that can be a normal variant depending on your ethnicity. If you are concerned that they're new, bothering you, or changing, have an eye exam by an Eye MD. ...Read more

This is referred to as hyperemia and it is a sign of inflammation.
