Needs to be checked : We do not have enough information to tell you what this rash is without checking itWe don't know what cream you used. But you say it is not going away . Puzzling problem: Itching is a common body response to skin irritation and or allergic stimulus. By your description, several days of this cream (twice daily) is adequate if it is really ringworm.Other possibilities include: individual reaction to components in the cream, or the assumption that it is ringworm is in error.
