Fever and fine pimples over whole body, what can it be?

Scarlet Fever: Many rashes are viral in nature, and are generally not dangerous. They resolve on their own when the infection is cleared by the immune system. One exception to this is Scarlet Fever, the combination of Strep throat and rash (the rash usually only involves the face and chest but can be more extensive). I don't have a fever but my body feels hot sometimes on my chest, tingling sensation all over and more in hands and feet. I have a raised pimple like rash on forearm?

Viral rash: Although it is impossible to say for sure without actually looking at the rash, the sequence of events (fever, then rash) would suggest that this is a viral rash, such as roseola. If worried--call your pediatrician! ...Read more

Can a primary HIV rash occure as 3-4 pimples on the back, without fever or other symptoms? Thank you
