Cyst: There are small oil glands inside the ear lobe. If their drainage point is blocked the fluid will keep filling the sac and cause a lump. Sometimes over time and with massage the cyst will drain. If it's not red massage the area gently several times a day to see if that changes thing. See doctor: Hi. How long ago were the ears pierced? It may be an abscess. It may be something as simple as a pimple. If you squeeze it, does anything come out the piercing hole? Need more info: How long have you had these lumps? Have these grown? Do you have fever? Are there anythings going on in your scalp, even dandruff can cause local lymph nodes to enlarge. If the lumps start getting larger, it would be time to see your doctor. ...Read more
