Rib torsion.: Lie down face up. Have friend compress your chest at sternum with downward pressure. See if reproduces pain. Also when experience it try locate it and press hard. If reproduces or increases it probably torsioned rib which is common. We call them rib lesions. If at area where rib stops and cartilage attaches it to sternum that's costochondrits?
