I Have Pain In My Back
I have pain in my back.. and i dnt knw what is the reason.. when i sleep at the night it is ok but when i wake up in the morning i feel back pain...
Back pain is awful!!: I also have trouble with my back. These are the things that help me most. Do some cat and camel stretches before bed. Put a pillow under your knees if you are a back sleeper or between your knees if a side sleeper. Heat pad under your pain will also help. Take 800mg ibuprofen before bed and right when you wake up. Drink lots of water and do some stretching when you wake up! Best of luck!
Many causes: Back pain can have many causes. If it is severe, if you have fever or loss of control of bowel or bladder then you should be seen by a doctor immediately. If it is not, then try warm soaks, medications like ibuprofen or acetaminophen and gentle stretches. If it is not resolving then you may need to see your doctor or a physical therapist. Acupuncture or chiropractic care may help.

Consider trigger poi: Areas localized pain easily located by experienced examiner. It could be a trigger point or myotonic point. Massage may help, needling or trigger point injections. Often occur in areas where there is repetitive overuse. A good physical therapist could tell you or osteopathic physician.
I have pain in my back for long time ago, no body was able to give what is the problem? All test you imagine was done , they told me arthitis vry mild,
Age?: If you are below 40, you need a CRP done. Most doctors order a b27 tests when looking for inflammatory disease, but this is an error, since many other "hla" types are associated with this. Core stengthening will help. But you experience pain at night or pain and stiffness in the morning, it is probably inflammation. If the reverse is true-mechanical, even though your x-rays are "negative.".
Orthopedic surgeon: That is a long time to go without a diagnosis. I recommend an evaluation by an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
Back pain: Most common cause of back pain is related to uncomfortable position in sitting i would recommend sitting in up right position keeping you spine straight or get an ortho chair plus exercises for the back.
Tailbone: Or sacrum. Most pain there is from trauma. Usually goes away with otc pain medications.
See your doctor: You should not have had a UTI for 2 weeks if you were being treated correctly. Although without other symptoms it is less likely that the infection has reached your kidneys, but this can be kidney stones, ureteritis or something completely outside the urinary tract, like an ovarian cyst, etc. Go and get diagnosed. Best wishes.
Pinched Nerve: Sounds like you have a pinched nerve in your back. I would suggest seeing a pain/spine specialist to evaluate you further to evaluate what level and what can be done to treat you. There are interventional treatments besides medications and surgeries that might reduce or eliminate the pain altogether.
Back pain: This could be a rib dysfunction. When a rib is out of place it can cause pain with deep breath. This can usually bre fixed with manipulation. Seeing a chiropractor an osteopath or MD with manipulation skills could help

Lumbar muscle strain: Back pain is the one of the most common diagnoses seen in primary care. The initial treatment for lumbar (low back) strain is conservative: tylenol, (acetaminophen) nsaids (aleve), ice (30 min. On/30 min. Off), heat (30 min. @ a time). Bed rest should be limited. 'hands-on' therapy is helpful: physical therapy, chiropractic, etc..Xrays/mri's are not needed initally unless severe leg weakness, bladder/bowel change.See 1 more doctor answer
Almost anything: There are so many possibilities to the very generalized symptoms you describe, that only a physical examination can help discover the answer to your question.

See if you get: The pain relief you need. If it is adequate, fine, if not then raise it as directed. Give it at least three weeks. You should notify your dr. Of your concerns. Best wishes.
Get evaluated: Hi there, I would like to know whether there is any history of trauma or did this arise out of the blue? For how long have you been dealing with the symptoms? Are they getting worse? What about red flags such as weakness, weight loss, incontinence? Is pain worse with any particular posture? You need to undergo a good MSK and Neuro exam.
