Back pain is awful!!: I also have trouble with my back. These are the things that help me most. Do some cat and camel stretches before bed. Put a pillow under your knees if you are a back sleeper or between your knees if a side sleeper. Heat pad under your pain will also help. Take 800mg ibuprofen before bed and right when you wake up.
