Ortho: See an orthopedic doctor. You will need an MRI and possibly further intervention. But you could also use a heating pad and try anti-inflammatory medications as well to see if it helps. Not likely: to be a tumor in this location. It is most likely this is just a normal variant, a bone more prominent on one side than the other.
