I have recently lost my sense of smell i'm not congested did have a cold around the neck area i got like a lump next to my neck and on the back of my head. I feel fine and can even breath just can't smell.

There : There are many causes of anosmia (loss of smell). These include: nasal polyps injury to the from surgery or head trauma. Exposure to toxic chemicals (i.E solvents or pesticides.) certain medications-most commonly antibiotics, antidepressants, anti-inflammatory medications etc. Cocaine abuse old age medical conditions- including alzheimer's disease, parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, nutritional deficiencies, congenital conditions, and hormonal disturbances.
