These are probably: lymphoid patches,which are normal. Do you have postnasal drip? This would make them more prominent. If they enlarge,see your Dr,but I think these are nothing to worry about. ...Read more

If your vision is not affected then just keep the eyes clean and comfortable with chilled artificial tears (but not "get the red out" drops). Stress?: Itching localized to just a small area is not at all likely to be from an internal condition. There are a number of internal systemic illnesses that can cause GENERALIZED itching, but not localized itching. Most Dermatologic disorders that cause itching also show some kind of rash. Several things: Groin rashes/itches could be fungal, and you just do not see a rash yet. Could be a bug-like "crabs/mites" that you do not see or scabies. These are all guesses so do not get scared, just see your dr for an evaluation and the real answer. Good luck. ...Read more

Duration?: If your angioedema is frequently associated with laryngeal swelling, you need to be sure that you don't have a condition known as hereditary angioedema (you may or may not have a family history )which does not respond to any of the medications mentioned.
