Sleep: You probably are just over fatigued yourself! All that stress and lack of sleep and taking care of a baby will definitely do all that to you. Have you taken anything for your back pain like acetaminophen or ibuprofen or naproxen? I would suggest 500mg naproxen twice a day and some heat to the upper back and do your best to catch up on your sleep. Best of luck to you. ...Read more
