No stool post diar: It is not unusual for a lack of a bowel movement after an extended period of diarrhea. I would be concerned only if crampy abdominal pain and bloating are also present. I would advise adequate water intake as well ...Read more

You need more eval: It may be viral gastroenteritis but i'd suggest you see GI & be evaluated for..(adapted healthyhype.Com) sulfur reducing microbes helicobacter pylori, a bacterium causing gastritis, ulcers, abdominal bloating, heartburn & burping. You : You need a full evaluation by your physician to determine whether you truly have a yeast (candida) infection or something else is happening. Six months is too long to be affected by this and could be leading to bigger problems. Over the counter medications are not always effective in treating candida infections.
