Urination: It could be something as simple as dehydration causing a change in color of your urine, however there are certain kidney diseases that occur during or after flu/upper respiratory illnesses that need to be ruled out. Rash; flu: Is the rash spread widely over his body or localized to a patch? Does it look like scabs? He may have chickenpox or developed shingles (reactivated chickenpox virus) from the stress of the flu infection. Sounds viral: Drink plenty of fluids and get eight hours of sleep every night! Eat healthy and take some decongestant/ expectorant if allergy medicine does not help with coughing from Postnasal drip.
