Check for preganancy: Please check for pregnancy and then see your ob/gyn or go to emergency department if the cramps continues , as first you have to know you are pregnant , then is it in the uterus or tubes, ectopic, you need an ultrasound . Now if you are not pregnant then again one has to see if you have an infection , you will need an exam anyway so the best thing is to go and see an OB /gyn or go to the emergency. ...Read more

Well: Theres the bladder, peeing a lot? There's the colon, having constipation? Unprotected intercourse? It could be just uterine cramping prior to bleeding, the uterus is a muscle and can cramp.
