I've noticed I have 5 tiny bumps around the opening of my vagina. They don't hurt nor itch I can just feel them. what could it be other than herpes?

Hymen remanents: If the "bumps" are small and have not changed, these may be remanents of the hymen. If you do not have symptoms from these, you may leave these alone. If the lesions are not tiny fluid filled, these may not be herpes. If you are concerned about herpes, you may get tested for that. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine. ...Read more

Not sure: How long have they been there? It is common to have small white bumps known as fordyce spots which are nothing more than small bumps due to visible sebaceous glands.
