Needs physical exam: What is described here is most compatible with either a trapped hair (if you shave) or a small lipoma. A lipoma is a collection of fatty tissue under the skin. It is not cancerous but may grow. Other "nodules" include fibromas which are rarer, and thicker tissue. Also, benigh. Nonetheless, all vulvar "lesions" should be evaluated by a gynecologist. Not sure: How long have they been there? It is common to have small white bumps known as fordyce spots which are nothing more than small bumps due to visible sebaceous glands.
